MEET THE FACE BEHIND THE SCENES

Hi everyone! My name is Ariel Abramova and I created Careerspire because of the passion I have for connecting students & early career professionals to their careers. I truly believe that everyone is capable of achieving their dreams, and my aim is to help others navigate the job and internship application process. 

While in college for my Bachelor’s, I worked at my college’s career center for three years where I helped students navigate the job market. I assisted with job fairs, networking sessions, and other events. Working at the career center taught me so much about how to successfully land a job or internship opportunity, and my aim is to share this knowledge with others. I’ve additionally learnt how to develop meaningful connections with professionals across industries, which is another crucial skill I am passionate to teach others. 

I also have professional HR experience working within the beauty and fashion space where I help with the recruitment process, interviewing, training & development, and so much more. Working in HR within the corporate setting has taught me a great deal about what it is that hiring managers look for in a candidate. Overall, I’m excited to apply what I’ve learned so far in my professional journey to Careerspire, and look forward to helping determined students and early-career professionals land the job of their dreams!
